How to Let Go of Someone Who You Deeply Loved

1. Realize that you still love this person. If it feels as if you can’t let go, it’s for a reason. If they lie to you, realize that it’s not a healthy relationship. Forgetting this person may be very hard to nearly impossible, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t move on in life.

2. Understand that there are other people out there, you just can’t see them. You obviously have been in love with this person so much or so long that it has gotten you to the point where there’s no other person in the world but them. Moving on is the hardest part and it can take a long time, but go out with friends and have a good time, because life is too short to live it down in the dumps.

3. Realize you may have loved that person more than they loved you. This one may be hard because most chances are that the person doesn’t know how deeply in love you are (or were) with them. Pretend you are in their position and consder how they (may) feel… this should affect you because you would know what they’re feeling about you.

4. Talk to someone who has been through the same situation. It’s always good to get out your feelings with someone comfortably. Talk to someone close to you or if you have to, go see a therapist. Venting your emotions and thoughts with someone can be a natural healer and can help the ‘letting go’ process move along. Know that you don’t always have to cry it out. (Even though sometimes you have to).

5. Decide if you want to remain friends. If you are staying with them in the hopes that they may love you again, then DON`T. This could restrict you in life and cause you even more pain. Listen to your own heart. put it to your mind that the person who break your heart is not deserving for your love and you should be thankful because its just only mean that there will be a better man/woman than him/her that will come into your life..cheer up! smile! and be positive!

To love is to suffer?

To avoid suffering one must not love. But then one suffers from not loving. Therefore to love is to suffer, not to love is to suffer. To suffer is to suffer. To be happy is to love. To be happy then is to suffer. But suffering makes one unhappy. Therefore, to be unhappy one must love, or love to suffer, or suffer from too much happiness. I hope you’re getting this down.

The waves had ceased crashing,
On the sand at our feet;

I finally discovered,

A mystery uncovered,
That just couldn’t be wrong;
It wasn’t our first kiss,
Nor’ the day that we met;
But I realized something,
I will never forget;
With the stars shining brightly,
From high up above;
I’d one word to describe it,
That word, is love.
I knew then these feelings,
For my sweetheart were true;
The man of my dreams,
And my soulmate, is you.
I think of it every time,
That I look at the stars;
This memory is mine,
But that moment was
OURS.

You know how much I love you. But, I won’t deny the fact that you love someone else in your life right now. I always want you to be happy and if she is the one who can truly make you smile. So, be with her. I`m willing to sacrifice…

The girl left crying….

The guy rushed after the girl, held her hand, kissed her romantically, and hugged her very tight..

And you what he said?! “Thank you” :’ “

To let go

To let go does not mean to stop caring, it means I can’t do it for someone else.
To let go is not to cut myself off, it’s the realization I can’t control another.
To let go is not to enable, but allow learning from natural consequences.
To let go is to admit powerlessness, which means the outcome is not in my hands.
To let go is not to try to change or blame another, it’s to make the most of myself.
To let go is not to care for, but to care about.
To let go is not to fix, but to be supportive.
To let go is not to judge, but to allow another to be a human being.
To let go is not to be in the middle arranging all the outcomes, but to allow others to affect their destinies.
To let go is not to be protective, it’s to permit another to face reality.
To let go is not to deny, but to accept.
To let go is not to nag, scold or argue, but instead to search out my own shortcomings and correct them.
To let go is not to adjust everything to my desires, but to take each day as it comes and cherish myself in it.
To let go is not to criticize or regulate anybody, but to try to become what I dream I can be.
